Buildings along Elm Street in downtown Westfield, NJ got a colorful makeover.
“People asked me, why did I do it,” said owner James Ward (in TapInto), known for building the New Orleans-style James Ward Mansion and Parisian-style Savannah downtown. “I did it because I love Westfield and I wanted to do something beautiful.”
The town has also added two colorful crosswalks making this area a trendy go to spot
